Spartan Response is an Authorized Dealer of Rock Exotica Technical Rescue Products. For over 28 years, the Rock Exotica brand has proudly designed and manufactured their innovative and high-quality climbing and rescue equipment at their headquarters in Utah.

Founder and owner Rock Thompson began Rock Exotica with his love for solo climbing where he quickly learned the methods weren’t great and the systems were mostly homemade. This got him to thinking there must be a better way to solo climb, and maybe there could be a device that could help. So, he developed the Soloist & Rescucender and the rest is history.

However, one thing has stayed the same: Their desire to produce the most innovative technical equipment available. In an age when many companies no longer actually make anything, but rather just promote their brand and sub out the manufacturing, Rock Exotica is an anachronism. They manufacture their gear themselves, in Utah.

At Spartan Response, we stand by the integrity of Rock Exotica equipment and utilize a wide range of their professional products in our field operations teams for our Confined Space, Industrial Cleaning and Emergency Response service lines. We also utilize and feature Rock Exotica products in our Workplace Safety and NFPA Training services.

Visit our Equipment Showroom: Spartan Response is one of the only Authorized Dealers in the Greater Toronto area with an equipment showroom where customers can drop-in during business hours to browse a wide range of products and meet with our equipment experts. For any products not in stock, estimated shipping is 5-10 business days.
